Gut Instinct: Using Nutrition to Improve Your Digestive Health

If you struggle with bloating, cramping, and IBS-type symptoms, Wild Healthy and Urban Health are delighted to present an afternoon ‘lunch and learn’ with Nutritionist Carla Bredin from Wild Healthy Nutrition. Carla will deliver a specially curated two hour seminar on how diet and lifestyle can affect our digestive system. Using the most up-to-date, evidence-based research, Carla will provide sound explanations as to why we experience digestive upset, what foods might contribute to bloating, flatulence, and altered bowel habits, how to prepare meals to avoid flare-up of symptoms, and how to take a wholistic approach to both diet and lifestyle to manage symptoms for good. Tickets are limited, and include a specially formulated lunch created in the Urban Health kitchen in close collaboration with Wild Healthy.
