Wild health Friday snacks!

Some Festive Friday pre-dinner nibbles in my house.. Fire lit, red wine warming and dogs relaxing, ah Fridays! No other evening like them…

So there’s chilli and coriander hummus and guacamole with carrot and celery sticks and some oat cakes.. Delicious..

1x tin of chickpeas (drained)
Juice 1/2 lemon
1x fresh chilli
1tsp ground cumin
Salt & pepper
Bunch of fresh coriander
4x tbsp olive oil

Blend until smooth..

2 x ripe avocado (half and remove stones)
Juice of 1 lime
1 x fresh chilli
1/4 red onion diced
Bunch of fresh coriander

Scoop out avocado flesh into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend with a fork/spoon..
