Fatigue, poor sleep, 3pm slumps, sluggishness, dull skin, headaches, poor appetite. Some of the most challenging cases I see are not the ones with the formal diagnoses. They are the ones where the GP has said “Everything is fine”, when, in fact, deep down, you haven’t felt well in some time. General nutrition consultations can make a huge difference to people who are feeling ‘less than’, ‘poorly’, ‘tired all the time’. The food you are eating may be having a huge impact on your general wellbeing, without you being aware of it. Nutritional deficiencies may be the cause of your problem, or at least a major player. All of this can be investigated and modulated to provide you with more concrete answers and solutions for why you are feeling less than your best.
